SwyftVax is a stand-alone patient engagement platform that is completely web-based and integrates with your practice’s workflows. It acts as a white-label solution that creates a link, which is accessible by QR code, hyperlink on your website, or an outbound text message to your patients. Patients can then schedule their vaccines, sign consent forms, provide insurance information (which is verified inside the platform), answer medical history questions, make payments (if applicable) and more. Once the patient receives their vaccine, the provider is able to auto-generate claims on CMS-1500 forms, automate immunization reporting to the State registry, and schedule follow-up appointments.
